Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and depression can gradually shape how life feels. You might notice constant tension, mental fatigue, or a sense of emotional heaviness that doesn’t easily lift. Even when things look “fine” from the outside, inside you may feel unsettled, low, or stretched beyond your limits.
You may find yourself overthinking, questioning your decisions, or feeling pressure to keep going despite feeling depleted. Some days it can feel hard to switch off, while other days you may feel flat, disconnected, or worn down.

In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space where there’s no pressure to perform or explain yourself perfectly. We’ll work at your pace, gently exploring what’s contributing to your anxiety, stress, or low mood, and noticing the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
As therapy progresses, many people experience greater emotional steadiness, clearer boundaries, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. The aim is not to change who you are, but to support you in feeling more grounded, present, and able to live in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
